Emergency Contact Procedure

The best way to reach JE2000, LLC for the quickest response time is to fill out a support ticket at http://helpdesk.je2000.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi. This will be manned during normal business hours.  This is the first step for customer support.

The second step is to call (877) 452-4433 if someone has not gotten back to you within one hour from the helpdesk or if your issue is an emergency.

Finally, the third step is to fill out the form below which will page our staff on call. This form is for emergencies only.   Also, be sure you have completed the steps listed above before you fill out this form. If it is deemed that your problem is not an emergency or if you did not fill out a support ticket,
you will be charged a $50 administrative fee.
