Do I pay per domain name?
You do not pay per domain name. Depending on the plan you sign up for, you will have up to 500 MB (starter reseller) or 1,000 MB (standard reseller) of space to use for as many domains as you need. You pay $49 per month which gives you 500 MB of total space and an unlimited amount of domains. Or you pay $99 per month which gives you 1,000 MB of space and an unlimited amount domains. After 1,000 MB, simply purchase more disk space at $25 per 75 MB. Also, there are no setup fees for each new domain you setup.

What is the difference between the starter and standard plan?
In the starter plan you get 500 MB of space and 10 GB of transfer; whereas, in the standard plan you get 1 GB of space and 20 GB of transfer. Otherwise, everything else is the same. Therefore, if you are just starting out start out with the starter plan and then you can later upgrade to the standard plan.

Can I upgrade from the starter to the standard plan later on?
You can originally sign up for the starter plan and later upgrade to the standard plan without a problem.

What makes up my 500 MB of disk space?
All of your web site content, e-mail, and log files. Log files are the files that track user visitors. They are required on all sites and cannot be deleted.

Do I get discounts on anything else?
You certainly do! MS SQL 2000 space is available at $1 per mb and $25 setup per database (50% off retail). Also, domain name registrations are available at $15 per domain year (.com, .net, .org, and more). Finally, dedicated SSL certificates can be installed the same day they are order for $99.

Can I create my own pricing plans?
Yes! You can make up your own package pricing. The beauty of not paying on a per domain basis, is that you can be very flexible in terms of creating your packages and offering custom hosting quotes. You can look at our retail website at www.je2000.com/html/hosting.html for sample plans.

Am I responsible for billing my customers?
Yes. You are responsible for billing your customers and can charge them any price you want.

Do I have to provide technical support to my customers?
We expect our resellers to act as a first line of technical support. However, if one of your customers comes to you with a problem you cannot solve, we will gladly provide you with assistance.

Does each domain I setup come with its own
control panel to setup DSNs, email, view stats, etc?
Yes. The same control panel is available to each of your customers with the exception that your customers cannot add new domains.

Can I setup new accounts in real time,
or do I have to wait for you to set them up for me?

Do you give excellent technical support?
We pride ourselves on giving nothing less than excellent technical support and customer service. We make ourselves available through phone, email, fax, ICQ, and AIM. In addition, we are on call 24/7 via alphanumeric pager

Are your servers reliable?
Our servers are extremely reliable. We only use commercial level servers from known server vendors, such as Dell and RackSaver. We monitor every Internet related service of our servers on a round the clock basis and technicians are paged immediately if an outage is detected.

What’s your turn around time on emailed questions or voicemail messages?
We attempt to respond to all emailed inquiries and voicemail messages during normal business hours within 30 minutes. Messages or emails sent during the middle of the night will be responded to first thing in the morning! However, most nights we are up late anyway and will answer your requests. We are available 24/7 via pager to handle any emergencies.
