Site Creation and Deletion

Once you are setup with your own reseller username and password, you can setup sites in real time.  If you need front page extensions installed on a domain please allow 24 hours for us to install the extensions manually.  We are currently working on a front page extensions automation feature in the control panel. This is expected to be released in early June, 2003.

Setting Up A New Site

1) Login into the control panel at http://cp4.ntwebb.com with your reseller username and password
Reseller Login

2) Click “New Web Site Wizard”
New Web Site Wizard Click

3) Fill in the new account wizard. Be sure to type the web site in the form of domain.com.  Enabling shared ssl allows the site to utilize our shared ssl certificate.  Enabling live stats enables the user to view his/her traffic logs.  If you do not need front page extensions, make sure to change the select box from yes to no.  Make sure you use no spaces for the user name. We suggest setting up the username to be the same as the domain name without the .com, .net, .etc extension.  Description and full name are optional.

4) The new account wizard will say your site has been setup successfully. On the bottom of this page put in your e-mail address to send yourself a copy of the settings of the web site you just created.

9) If you have to transfer the new domain name to the appropriate DNS name servers, step number 8 will take you to a page cannot be displayed.  If you chose to access your site before the name servers updates, go to http://domain.nt4.ntwebb.com where you substitute your domain name without extension for domain. You can setup e-mail accounts at http://domain.nt4.ntwebb.com:8383 substituting domain for your appropriate domain name without extension.  To upload files use domain.nt4.ntwebb.com for the ftp host address.
